Growing the customer base

We’ve succeeded in identifying a problem, generating a solution we can validate and have a plan for how we will build and deliver the solution.  A plan for getting the word to potential customers by making effective use of websites, blogs, professional societies and other forums is now important for attracting potential customers.

  2. How can e-mail lists and promotions expand sales?
  3. How can we build and leverage a website to increase exposure?
  4. Should free trials be considered as a means to generate interest?
